• DEFINITIONS

    Standard Shipping”- Your product is shipped through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Shipping rates will depend upon a number of factors, including, weight, dimensions, distance and time. Teletron may refuse to ship to a post-office box number.

    Teletron Delivery”- Your product is delivered to you directly by Teletron. Teletron Delivery is only available in select areas and in a certain radius from a Teletron retail store. It may or may not include set-up and/or installation of the product at the delivery location.

    White Glove Delivery”- Your product is delivered directly to you and includes set-up and installation of the product at the delivery location.

    Note: Fees for Standard Shipping, Teletron Delivery or White Glove Delivery can be determined either during the ordering process or by calling Customer Care at 866-506-4385.

  • RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

    GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS. In addition to all other requirements set forth below for a return of a product, no product will be authorized to be returned or accepted for return, unless (a) you notify Customer Care at 866-506-4385 within thirty (30) days after the on-line date of your order of your intent to return the product, (b) you are given a Return Authorization number by Customer Care, and (c) the product (or item you are requested to return), when returned, is the original product (or item) ordered and in its original box with all packing materials and is accompanied with all accessories and manuals that were originally included with the product. For massage chairs, mattresses and mattress foundations, you must also return these items with all shipping materials and packaging.

    In you fail to contact Customer Service within the above 30 day period and your product was defective or damaged, contact the manufacturer as repair/replacement may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

    Do not return a product until you have spoken to Customer Care and they have authorized the return and given you a Return Authorization number. Customer Care will provide you with the details as to how a product will be returned. An unauthorized return will not be accepted by Teletron. Authorization for a return may be revoked at any time if you have not complied with the return policy. In the event of any unauthorized returns, including revoked authorizations, the product returned shall be shipped back to the customer at customer’s sole cost and expense. It is important that you comply with all requirements for a return of a product under the Return Policy for Online Purchases.

    If the product being returned is defective or damaged, then you agree to cooperate with Teletron, the manufacturer and/or the shipper in order to determine the cause and nature of the damage or defect. Additionally, with damaged or defective products, it may not be necessary to return the entire product. Sometimes a replacement part may be shipped to you to replace or install. Customer Service will advise you as to what needs to be returned.

    For any authorized returns, you will not be entitled to reimbursement for the initial shipping cost of the product.

    Refunds, if any, will be issued in the same manner as the purchase was made and to the person who ordered the product. Any refunds for purchases with a credit card will be posted to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

    If the product is required to be returned in 100% resalable condition, this condition shall be determined by Teletron in its sole and absolute [OR DO YOU WANT REASONABLE] discretion.

    Teletron will pay for return shipping costs for any product that has been authorized to be returned for being defective or damaged. Except for a defective or damaged product, you shall be responsible for return shipping costs and these costs are not reimbursable. If you are required to pay for return shipping, it is strongly recommended you insure the return of the product because any loss or damage to the returned product during shipment will be your sole responsibility.

    Finance Charges [IS THIS THE CORRECT TERM? DOES THE FINANCE CONTRACT DEFINE IT], if any, are not refundable for any return.

  • FOR ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE EXCEPT FOR MASSAGE CHAIRS, MATTRESSES, MATTRESS FOUNDATIONS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND “AS IS” ITEMS:

    A. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS. If the product you received was defective or was damaged on delivery, Customer Care will provide you with instructions regarding the return. If you are required to return the product or any part of it or any accessory, you will be required to repack the item to be returned and ship it. Teletron will pay for any authorized return shipping costs. No refund will be provided.

    B. CERTAIN NON-DEFECTIVE AND NON-DAMAGED PRODUCTS. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. If the product is neither cookware nor any other product which is marked as “Non-Returnable" on the product page, the product may be returned for a full or partial refund if

    1. The product has either (a) not been opened and all seals remain intact or (b) has been opened but was not used and is in 100% resalable condition, then you will be issued a full refund for the purchase price of the product.

    2. Or the product has been opened and used, but is still in 100% resaleable condition, you will be issued a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the product less a 15% restocking fee (based on the original price of the product).

  • FOR MATTRESSES AND MATRESS FOUNDATIONS

    A. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. Mattresses or Mattress Foundations may only be returned if defective or in damaged condition when delivered. Procedure for an authorized return shall be provided by Customer Service. Method of return shall be determined by Customer Service. Return shipping costs for authorized returns will be paid by Teletron. No refund will be provided.

    B. If you are not satisfied with the mattress and/or foundation that you ordered and it isn’t defective or damaged, please contact Customer Service.

  • FOR MASSAGE CHAIRS

    A. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. If a massage chair is delivered to you and it is defective or damaged, Customer Service will provide you with the procedure for an authorized return. Method of return shall be determined by Customer Service. Return shipping costs for authorized returns will be paid by Teletron. No refund will be provided.

    B. NON-DEFECTIVE OR NON-DAMAGED.If you are not completely satisfied with the massage chair, you may be authorized to return it for a partial refund. Procedure for an authorized return shall be provided by Customer Service. Method of return shall be determined by Customer Service. In addition to the General Conditions of the Return Policy, the massage chair must be in 100% resaleable condition. If the return is authorized, then you will be issued a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the product less (a) a 15% restocking fee (based upon the purchase price), (b) a flat administrative fee of $250.00, (c) the cost to return the massage chair to Teletron by Home Delivery or White Glove Delivery, and (d) the sum of $450.00 in the event that the massage chair was initially delivered to you through White Glove Delivery.

  • FOR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED:

    NO EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.

    A product that is sold on clearance may only be returned if defective or damaged in accordance with the applicable policy for that product.

    A product that is sold “AS IS” may not be returned for any reason.
