PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Kegel exercise device utilizes powerful EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) low-frequency pulses to contract, relax, tap, massage, and soothe muscles. This targeted stimulation effectively strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, deep muscles, and core muscles, making it an excellent medical device for treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, prostate issues, sciatica, constipation, and hemorrhoids. It also enhances sexual function and even helps achieve a firmer, lifted buttocks.

Important Notes:

• First Charge: Upon receiving the product, make sure to charge it for 6 hours before using it for the first time.

• Charging Frequency: After the initial charge, recharge every 4-5 days as needed.

Operating Instructions:

Prepare: Unfold and place a wet wipe on the device, ensuring proper contact with the skin.

Sit: Sit directly on the Kegel exerciser. For optimal results, use it with bare skin.

Power On: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. (A beep will sound, and the 30-minute timer will start blinking.)

Start: Press and hold the power button again for about 1 second. (The blinking 30-minute timer will stop.)

Intensity: Adjust the intensity using the "+" and "-" buttons to find a comfortable level. (Start at level 15 and adjust upwards with "+" if it feels too weak or downwards with "-" if it feels too strong.)

Automatic Shut-off: The device will automatically shut off after 30 minutes with a beep.
